Annual Report 2009 The Commission for Scientific and Technical terminology established on a Presidential Order as per the recommendations of a Committee constituted under the provisions of Clause (4) of Article 344 of the Constitution broadly carries out work relating to evolution and propagation of technical terminology in Hindi and other Indian languages.
